Uckfield Mindfulness Group Meditation

I host a monthly mindfulness group, designed to offer a supportive steady space for mindfulness practise and connection. This is an ongoing group for anyone wishing to explore mindfulness in a relaxed and friendly space.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, the group provides an opportunity to:

  • Pause and step out of the busyness of daily life.

  • Practise guided mindfulness and meditation exercises.

  • Connect with yourself and others in a safe, welcoming space.

Practical details:
