PlayDay for Professionals

Collaborative workshop.

PlayDay for Professionals is a playful, creative and experiential day designed for people working in therapeutic, health and educational professions. The day invites participants to step out of “doing” mode and into explorations, creativity and presence.

Through gentle structure and open-ended activity, we explored:

• Play and art as a doorway into mindfulness

• Curiosity, connection, and embodied awareness.

• How play and creativity can support wellbeing and professional sustainability

This workshop was co-facilitated in collaboration with colleagues William Fley and Rhian Davies de Souza, and offered as a shared creative process rather than a taught programme.
